Payment: Due within 48 hours of the property going live on MLS. 

$450 per transaction (Buyer or Seller Side)

• Comprehensive review of executed contract for completeness, signatures, and deadlines 

• Creation of file with Brokerage

• Active management of transaction timeline with critical date tracking 

• Coordination with Buyers/Sellers, title company, lender, cooperating agent, inspectors, and service providers 

• Inspection scheduling support

• Amendment distribution and updates

• HOA document coordination pursuant to Section 7 of the Colorado Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate 

• Ongoing communication support and weekly status updates to the Agent every Friday

• Preparation, organization, and submission of compliance documents per Colorado brokerage requirements

• Scheduling of Final Walk Thru and Closings

• Submit the File to Brokerage for Compliance

• Approval from Brokerage and obtain the Commission Dispersal Agreement (CDA) 

• Assistance with Client Gift and/or Review Requests if preferred

• Closing out the file on MLS and with the Brokerage

Payment: Due within 48 hours of closing

$100 per transaction

• Starting your file with your Brokerage

• Uploading all of the necessary documents

• Notify Agent of any missing items and signatures for the Agents to provide 

• Obtain the CDA (Commission Disbursement Agreement) from your Brokerage before Closing
